This tea contains Lavender, to help calm, purify and protect you during your nights rest, Chamomile, to help with relaxation and creating a positive environment for sleep, Passionflower, which can help enhance your dream state, Lemon balm, to aid in a spiritual connection to yourself and Lemon Verbena for helping to dispel negative energy to promote clarity of mind.

For best results steep in hot water for 3-4 minutes.
